TSRA Publications
The TSRA produces a range of publications to promote and support its Programs. 

The two key documents central to the organisation's planning and operations are the Annual Report and the Torres Strait Development Plan.

Annual Report
The TSRA Annual Report is produced each year and highlights the outcomes achieved by the TSRA and the costs of producing these via outputs for the financial year. The Report is tabled in both houses of the Australian Parliament.

It includes disclosure of grants for the year, the Authority's financial statement and reports from both the Chairperson and the General Manager.

Torres Strait Development Plan
The Torres Strait Development Plan is a requirement under the ATSI Act 2005, which provides a guide to the progress of the Torres Strait and its people for a specified period.

The current Plan covers 2005 - 2009 and was developed by the TSRA Board Portfolio Members in consultation with the full Board.
